The compatibility of ZLAN networking products and Sunway PCAuto TM software（three-dimensional force control configuration software） pass compatibility test

Recently, Shanghai ZLAN Information Technology Co., ltd. and Beijing Sunway Land Technology Co., LTD. Shanghai branch have conducted the compatibility test of the main products of the two companies in Sunway Shanghai branch.Sunway is a high-tech enterprise doing research and development as well service for industrial monitoring configuration software earlier in China, the Sunway monitoring software plus ZLAN embedded networking products can achieve a complete monitoring and control system on hardware and software.

The test shows that the customer using ZLAN networking products can use the Sunway PCAuto TM configuration software. Users using Sunway PCAuto TM configuration software can also be trusted to select the ZLAN networking products to cooperate.

The main contents of this test are:

Using ZLSN2000embedded networking module、NETCOM2000serial device serverandZLVircomvirtual serial port tool，the existing Modbus RTU equipment can be connected to the computer through the network.

Specific method is: first the serial port data of Modbus RTU device are converted into Ethernet data through networking products, and transmitted to the PC, ZLVircom software in PC will forward the Ethernet data to the virtual serial port, the user serial port software monitoring in the virtual port will receive the data sent from RTU device.

In the test, use the serial port program under Modbus RTU wrote by Sunway PCAuto TM configuration software to open ZLVircom virtual serial port. Can read and write RTU devices properly. The version of Sunway PCAuto TM configuration software is 6.1sp2 universal version.

The latest ZLSN2040 embedded networking module and NETCOM2040 serial device server can directly implement the transformation of Modbus TCP protocol to Modbus RTU. This eliminates the need for users to use the ZLVircom step, can directly use Modbus TCP to communicate with Modbus RTU devices. Not only less the step , but it also speeds up the system response.

The specific method is: first the Modbus RTU equipment convert the RTU data on the serial port to Modbus TCP data through networking products, and send to PC, the user software based on Modbus TCP in PC will receive the sending data.

In the test, a program based on Modbus TCP was written by using Sunway PCAuto TM configuration software. The RTU device register can be read and written correctly. The version of Sunway PCAuto TM configuration software is 6.1sp2 universal version.
