Shanghai ZLAN KING BOX series won the Excellent Product Award in the 24th China Hi-Tech Fair

    Shanghai ZLAN Information Technology Co., LTD. participated in the "2011 China Shanghai International IOT Technology and Application Exhibition". The exhibition was held at the Shanghai expo theme pavilion from November 21 to 23, 2011. ZLAN emphasis demonstrate the living example of application of ZLAN and ZLSN products in the "PLC remote monitoring scheme", "single-chip computer networking scheme" and "mobile web control home appliance" at the exhibition.

     The whole series of KING BOX series products on display support the installation of guide rail, small size can save the maximum space, meanwhile, that adopts high temperature flame-retardant shell, through the stability test of low temperature -40℃ and high temperature 85℃ stability is guaranteed. The KING BOX series series brought by this exhibition includes the following products: 5143D single serial server, 5143DI isolated single serial port, 5207M 2 serial rail, 5407M 4 serial rail, 5807M 8 serial rail, 7110M WiFi to serial port, 8308M 4G DTU, 9809M CAT1 4G router, 9163M Serial port to optical fiber, 9700M LORA to 485/ Ethernet, 9100M Ethernet to optical fiber.

     ZLAN5407M is a data collector/IoT gateway for RS485 equipment specially designed for industrial environment. It integrates multiple functions such as serial port server, Modbus gateway, MQTT gateway, RS485 to JSON, etc. It has four RS485 interfaces and one Ethernet interface. It adopts guide rail installation mode, easy to install. Compared with the traditional desktop 4 serial port server, the width is reduced to about 1/4 of the original, compact size. Adopt terminal type power supply access, 9 ~ 24V wide voltage input.

    ZLAN5407M used high temperature flame-retardant alloy plastic shell. Compared with the ordinary plastic shell, it has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and does not deform at 110℃. With flame retardant properties, the measured fire immediately extinguishes, will not ignite, can meet the requirements of industrial site fire prevention.

    ZLAN5407M has industrial high and low temperature range and has passed EMC test such as electrostatic, group pulse and surge. Performance is stable and reliable.

    Typical application connections are shown in the following figure. The RS485 port of the original serial port is connected to the RS485 port of the ZLAN5407M. The port is connected to the computer through a network cable. The software on the computer connects to ZLAN5407M through TCP/IP, virtual serial port, or cloud server. Meanwhile, any data sent by the serial port device is transparently transmitted to the computer's software, and data sent by the software to the ZLAN5407M over the network is transparently transmitted to the serial port device.
