On May 21, 2008, ZLAN and Shanghai Tianhong Law Firm signed an intellectual property protection contract.

Shanghai Tianhong Law Firm founded in 1998 by China's renowned intellectual property lawyer, Mr. Zhu Michun, a partnership law firm specializing in intellectual property law services. The support of the property rights contract, further protection of ZLAN core technology in intellectual property rights, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations as long as 90% of the target code of generic products same, it is thought to be infringement.
